Hi I'm Raina! I love all things user experience and am a firm believer in user-oriented design. I have a Master's of Information from the University of Toronto, with a specialization in User Experience Research and Design. I have previously taught undergraduate students at the Faculty of Information as well as the Institute for Communication Culture and Information Technology, both under the University of Toronto.
